OK- It was a Saturday.
And- we're not studying Texas right now.
But- we're counting it as school anyway.
My mom and dad are still here from way up north, AKA NW Montana. We took a little road trip today to see the Sam Houston Statue near Huntsville.... and we had ice cream on the way home. It was a gorgeous day weather wise. Not hot. Not cold. Just right.
(And on a totally unrelated side note- our older boys are getting so tall. I never really realized it. I've been looking up to our oldest for years and the second oldest just this past year but seeing them next to my 6'1" father really made it hit home. They've grown up. Sniff Sniff)
